Returns & Exchanges

At NADINE MERABI, we want you to feel extraordinary in your pieces, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original branded packaging and include the completed returns form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
